Prices are just shy of record highs and homes continue to sell quickly. Demand weakended in 2023, but prices continue to rise and homes continue to sell quickly in Southern Maryalnd. The median sale price was $430,000 in August, just off its record high in June (the below graphic is for single-family homes only). Additionally, buyers must be quick to make a decision, with the median days on the market at just 10. Even if more new listings hit the market this fall, buyers will still have relatively few options.
